Goodbye Texas......Hello New Mexico!!!

Well...these are the last few pics of Texas.   We enjoyed the drive towards New Mexico - the road was carved out of these rocks.

This however, is unbelievable!!!  80 miles per hour - WOW - only in Texas!!!  Of course we did not do that speed!

These cacti are all over the sides of the roads - very cool!

We stopped in this cute little Cowboy Town - Pecos.   Home of the World's First Rodeo - and they are very proud of it!

Sorry about the blurry photos - sometimes it's the best you can get while looking through the window!!   Anyhow.....we are now in New Mexico - check out the bullet holes all over the sign!!!  Funny.

The road just goes on and on and on - very dusty, dry and flat - kinda cool tho'.

This area is has SO many oil rigs.  

More New Mexico to come - when we can get the internet to work :(   Having problems.......again!!
