~Take me out to the ball game~

FABULOUS!!!!!   We managed to get tickets to a Red Sox vs New York Yankees baseball game at Fenway Park!!!!  You know the place......we see it on TV with all the thousands of people there!!!    WE got tickets to the game!   After we had finished the sights in downtown Boston, we walked to Fenway park. There were SOOOOO many people walking down the streets, people trying to sell tickets, food vendors, drummers etc....It was all SO exciting!

We were fairly close to the top seats, but still had a great view.

There were 37 250 people at the game!!

We had such a great evening.   I think we spent 1/2 of the time people watching!!!!  It is UNBELIEVABLE how much people spend on food - the vendors just keep on coming with different foods and drinks......all night.   It was all so fascinating and hilarious.   And......the prices were so expensive.  We stopped at Wendy's before the game for some $1 burgers and then brought in some water and snacks.

This is the "green monster".   We saw the ball go over the wall once during the game.  We did see some other home runs though.
