Well.....off we go again! We took the WA State Ferry from Sidney, BC via Friday Harbour, WA to Anacortes. Lots of fog on the way but just beautiful when it lifted! We live in such an amazing part of the world.
I think this must be the first time we have seen the Seattle Space Needle in the sun. Normally we are travelling when it is a bit later in the season and the weather is foggy and wet.
Beautiful Mt Baker
We spent our first night at the Chehalis Thousand Trails park. It was very rustic and had lovely big sites. The lodge even had complimentary popcorn which we all enjoyed.
It even had its own chapel in the woods - so cute!
More fog, but another blue sky day!
Mt. Shasta
We are staying at this cool campsite in Northern California. We are the only people here so were able to park our rv sideways so we open up onto the river. Apparently the fishing here is amazing. Shae and the boys got their rods out as soon as they could. This goose is a resident of the area and honks loudly wanting food from the campers standing on the dock.
What a great spot!
