December 24th
We spent a wonderful Christmas eve day with the Golden Family.  We had such a fantastic "feast" and had some great conversations, fun and games together.

Then in the evening we dressed up and went to a lovely candlelit service at a large church in Orlando.
Christmas Morning - HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESUS!   What a wonderful time of year to remember the birth of our Lord and Saviour.

Things were a little different for us all this year, being in a cozy trailer and all, but we had a great morning and were all spoiled rotten!
We didn`t want to feel left out among all our ``fellow rv buddies`` so we gave the kids 2 electric scooters to rip around the parks on.
FUN......FUN.......FUN.!!!!
We had a ``new`` type of Christmas brekkie this year - cinnamon buns - the difference being that they were ``out of a can`` - including the icing!!!!!, instead of homemade.   Also had bacon and very rich chocolate mint milk - yummy !!!!    Then after lunch we went to join the Golden`s for some hilarious games and gift exchanging - lots of fun!

For one of the games we had bought about 15 ugly items from a thrift store and everyone had to go into the room, change into what they thought would be a great outfit and then we took a photo and chose a winner - we couldn`t put some of the photos on (you know who you are !!!!! - starts with a T and ends with ``odd``) as they were SO bad!!!   Anyhow....what a blast!

Then in the evening we had our much anticipated Christmas Buffet dinner.   We decided that instead of trying to cook in the small trailer, clean all the multitude of dishes this was definitely a better option for all of us..............and the kids were pumped.
And as usual......we were not disappointed!!!!
After our meal we came back to the rv park and the kids watched a movie and Scott and I played tennis and went for a swim - felt a bit weird doing that on Christmas day......but new memories were made.

Praise the Lord for his birth!

~It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas~

Hi everyone - Merry Christmas!    Sorry these Christmas posts are so late - our internet is not very good at all at this campsite.
This is how we decorated our trailer - gold ribbon, red bows and red ornaments on all the curtains.

We had this one hanging outside on the awning - any of  you that know Scott well enough will understand his "joy" of hanging the Christmas lights!!!   :)
On the awning we had the same gold ribbon as well as white lights.
We also had a strand of red lights along the top edge and also at the front where the propane cylinders are.   Also, our site had a lovely palm tree which we wrapped with some coloured lights.
Some of the other sites were well decorated with many inflatables, lights, tinsel, ribbons etc....

We had many enjoyable fun Christmas days.   All the kids had a great time making these reindeer cookies and also decorating sugar cookies.

We spent a wonderful evening at Disney's Boardwalk.   We walked the whole way around and walked into many of the incredible hotels.   They had beautiful gingerbread houses, carousels, trains, pianists. carolers etc....

~Scott's birthday and Downtown Disney~

December 19, 2012..............Scott's 44th birthday!   We are SO blessed to have Scott in our lives!!  Thanks for being such a great husband and father!!  He started the day with gifts, cards, money etc... from all the kids and all the family - SO nice.
What a lot of goodies!!
We went for a delicious breakfast buffet at Sizzler.
Then in the evening we went to Downtown Disney for some fun!  We were told to go to the customer service area and get some "first time badges".  While we were there we decided to get a "Happy Birthday" badge for Scott too :)  FUNNY!

We had such a wonderful evening wandering around all the shops, restaurants and hearing all the Christmas music etc....
The boys had a blast at the lego store - surprise, surprise!!!  They had a section outside of the store with lots of lego and kids of all ages were able to make cars and then race them down a race track.  Very cool!
Jessie and "Woody".
The place was all lit up for Christmas and really was quite magical.

We walked all around and they even had a  free ferry that you could take from one area to another.

We even got to see some of the Epcot fireworks from the ferry - wow!
What a great way to spend a birthday!
